manufacturer of copper clad laminate(CCL) in China, who was reputed as

project of plant’s relocation was finished at the beginning of 2011 and
the new plant locates on Jianglong Industrial Zone, in the north of
zhuji city. The new plant have advanced FR-4 facilities which can
support full series of copper clad laminates (TG140, TG150, TG170, CTI
600, CEM-3, and Halogen-Free CCL) and prepregs, especially for the
thin-core materials and prepregs . which used for multi-layer PCB. Now
the capacity is reach to 6.5 million square meter per year. Hengyu is striving to
the unique competitive advantage to meet customer’s demands.
The company was certified by ISO9001 and the products have been approved
by CQC(China) UL(USA),and JET(Japan), which are widely used in
electronic field to the world. In order to fulfill the demand for LED
industry, The new product AL-substrate CCL have been researched and
developed successfully, and got good reputation from domestic and
overseas market. Hengyu will focus on R&D continuously, and continue to
enlarge the second expansion project, finally the capability of
production will be enlarged to 13 million square meter per year.
